Vayra Platform

Provider network

Use our clinicians, or bring your own.

Licensed clinicians practicing through Vayra Medical, P.C. under physician oversight, or your own clinical team on the same software. Either way, the patient relationship stays yours.

What it does

  • The Vayra clinical model

Independent clinicians on contract, supervised by an employed physician medical director inside Vayra Medical, P.C. It is the same model that treats Vayra's own patients.

  • Licensure by state

Cases route only to clinicians licensed where the patient is located. Coverage follows our clinicians' active licenses, and we show you the current list during onboarding.

  • Bring your own clinicians

Credential your own physicians or nurse practitioners onto the platform. They use the same queues, charting and e-prescribing as our network.

  • Hybrid coverage

Use your clinicians where you have them and ours where you do not. Routing handles the split by program and state.

  • Credentialing and audit

Licenses, expirations and credentials are tracked per clinician, and every clinical action is logged against the person who took it.

What changes when you bring your own clinicians

  1. Step 1

    Credential

Your clinicians are credentialed and given access scoped to your programs.

  2. Step 2

    Protocols

Your medical leadership sets the protocols your clinicians follow.

  3. Step 3

    Route

Cases route to your team first, with our network as optional overflow.

  4. Step 4

    Oversee

Your supervising physician gets the same oversight tooling ours uses.

What you control, and what we operate

You control

  • Whether to use our network, your own, or both
  • Your clinicians' protocols and supervision, if you bring them
  • The patient relationship, in every model

Vayra operates

  • Vayra Medical, P.C. clinicians and their supervision, when you use our network
  • Credential and license tracking
  • Routing by program and state

Integration notes

Provider availability and coverage are exposed as read-only resources so your storefront can show only the states you can actually serve.

Payloads on this page are illustrative. The public partner API is planned for v1.1; see developers for what exists today.
