What it does

  • Cash-pay and subscriptions

    One-time charges, recurring memberships and medication subscriptions, with proration when a plan changes mid-cycle.

  • Bring your own processor

    Connect the merchant account you already have. You are not required to route payments through a Vayra-owned rail, and your processing rates are between you and your processor.

  • Dunning and recovery

    Failed payments retry on a schedule you set, with patient notifications, before a subscription pauses.

  • Refunds and cancellations

    Refund rules tied to order status, so a refund before compounding is handled differently from one after shipment.

  • Chargeback handling

    Disputes arrive in the resolution queue with the consent, order and delivery evidence already gathered.

  • Disclosed medication cost

    You see what each medication costs before you set your price. There is no margin embedded between you and the pharmacy that you cannot see.
