Vayra Health & Wellness, Inc. ("Vayra") engages the subprocessors below to process partner data, which may include protected health information, in providing the Vayra Platform, Vayra White Label, Vayra Intelligence, and related services (the "Platform Services").
Each subprocessor is bound by a written agreement with data protection obligations. Where a subprocessor handles protected health information, Vayra has a business associate agreement with it. Our use of subprocessors is governed by our data processing addendum.
This list is subject to change with notice, as described below.

Subprocessors named in partner agreements
Some subprocessors are specific to the services a partner chooses. These include pharmacy fulfillment partners and the payment processor. They are identified in each partner's agreement rather than on this public list. Partners can request the current list that applies to them by emailing partners@vayraplatform.com.

How we notify changes
Before a new or replacement subprocessor begins processing partner data, Vayra will:
- update this page; and
- send notice by email to partners who have subscribed to updates and to the notice contact named in each partner's agreement.
We will give notice at least 30 days before the change takes effect, except where an emergency replacement is needed to maintain the security or continuity of the Platform Services, in which case we will give notice as soon as practicable.
Partners may object to a new subprocessor as described in the data processing addendum.

To receive email notice of changes to this list, email partners@vayraplatform.com with the subject line "Subscribe to subprocessor updates." Please include your name, organization, and the email address that should receive notices.
