Clinical

Clinical workflow built by a practice that uses it every day.

Charting, review queues, visit capability and e-prescribing for asynchronous-first care, with physician oversight designed in rather than bolted on.

What it does

  • Charting and templates

Structured notes with program-specific templates. Intake answers pre-populate the chart so clinicians review rather than retype.

  • Async review queues

Queues by program, state and priority. Clinicians see only the cases they are licensed and credentialed to review.

  • Synchronous visits

When a case needs a live conversation, or a state requires one, the clinician converts it to a video visit without leaving the record.

  • E-prescribing

Prescriptions are written in the chart and transmitted to the routed pharmacy, with the order linked back to the encounter.

  • Controlled substances posture

The platform is built for non-controlled programs. Any controlled-substance program needs its own legal review, registrations and workflow before it is offered.

  • Medical director oversight

Protocols, escalation paths, chart sampling and clinician audit trails give the supervising physician visibility over every decision made under their protocols.

How a case moves

  1. Step 1

    Queue

A completed intake lands in the queue that matches its program and state.

  2. Step 2

    Review

A licensed clinician reviews the structured intake and history.

  3. Step 3

    Decide

Approve, message the patient, convert to a visit, or decline with a reason.

  4. Step 4

    Prescribe

Approved cases are prescribed from the chart and routed to fulfillment.

  5. Step 5

    Oversee

Decisions are logged and sampled for medical director review.

What you control, and what we operate

You control

  • Which programs you offer
  • Whether you use your own clinicians or ours
  • Your own clinical protocols, if you bring clinicians

Vayra operates

  • The charting and queue software
  • E-prescribing and pharmacy transmission
  • Audit logs of every clinical action
  • Oversight tooling for the supervising physician

Integration notes

Clinical decisions are emitted as events that carry identifiers and status, not chart contents. Clinical detail stays in the record.

Payloads on this page are illustrative. The public partner API is planned for v1.1; see developers for what exists today.
